The project area comprises the Sunut Forest and the Residential Area which lie about one kilometre south of the confluence point of the White and Blue Niles The site is to be reclaimed by the building of a river protection embankment of around 6 kilometers
The Sunut Forest site which is an existing Forest Reserve of Sunut trees occupying an area of approximately 420 Acres. It is proposed to be developed into an 18-hole Golf Course and a Public Reserve / Park.
Other developments include 100 acres for residential development, another 910 acres for residential development, featuring a variety of carefully planned neighbourhoods of luxurious villas, townhouses, and apartments, complete with supporting facilities.
EEC's scope of work includes:

To review the requirements of the Urban Design Master Plan.

Provide specification Survey and Topographical investigations

To undertake both internal as well as external Traffic Study.

To undertake the study of all infrastructure services for the Sunut and South Sunut developments.
