Involves the upgrading of the medical incinerator at Kamunting to additional handle 500kg/hr of wastes.

The incinerators was set to comply with the Malaysia Environmental Quality Act  ( EQA )  standards

The scope of services involved is the Detailed Environmental Impact Assessment (DEIA) for the expansion works comprising of a new line of incinerator together with all ancillary works.

• project coordination and administration
• assessment of existing plant
• proposal and recommendation of most suitable system of incinerator and air pollution equipment
• review all engineering designs
• preparation of pre-bid documents and assist in tender process
• monitor and supervise the contractor¡¯s work during supply. Installation and commissioning
• defects liability
• organize training sessions
• liaise with authorities for approvals, tests and submission of results
