Scope of works

The works covers all permanent works: mainly  the water pipelines, intake weir , power  station , mechanical and electrical.

Engineering and Environmental Consultants Sdn Bhd will undertake the role as the Independent Checking Engineer  during the construction, testing and commissioning and handing over stages of the said project

We shall act on behalf of the Lender  in the reviewing , monitoring and overseeing of the project implementation and management for conformance with established engineering and commercial practices.

• Preparation of design concepts and preliminary designs.
• Worked with financial advisors for negotiation and financial closure.
• Prepare bid documents.
• Undertook pre-qualification and tendering.
• Evaluation and assessment of tenders.
• Recommendation for award.
• Undertook PMC supervisory services during construction
• Evaluate and review EPC Civil Designs.
• Construction supervision services.
